Visit “My Account” then “My Orders” to review the shipment status and tracking information by clicking on an item. You can also view your order details by clicking on “View Order Details”.

You can cancel an order before it reaches the ‘Out For Delivery’ state by going to My Account > My Orders and selecting the specific order shipment you want to cancel. On that page, you’ll find the option to cancel the order shipment.

However, if the order is already in the ‘Out for delivery’ state, you won’t be able to cancel it.

Typically, we process and dispatch all orders within 1 business day. For deliveries within Delhi-NCR, the standard delivery time is 1-3 business days, while for the rest of India, it’s usually 3-5 days.
