We offer FREE shipping across India.

Most domestic orders are shipped from our warehouse locations within 24 hours and should arrive within 2-5
business days depending on your location, the carrier, and the selected delivery option. Please refer to our
shipping policy.

Once your order ships and a tracking number has been assigned to your package, we’ll send you an email
with all the details. Included in the email is the name of the carrier, the ship date, and the tracking number.
You can any time visit our delivery partner’s website to track your order. Please refer to our shipping policy.

To give you the best deals around, we occasionally issue discounts and offers in the form of cashback. To use
your these in-store credit, place the items you’d like to order in the cart, and log in to your account. You can
then apply for the available credits and continue shopping.

Once you have finalised your purchase, just click on Checkout button and make the payment with various
options available on our site.

Yes, COD is available!  We believe in digitalisation, in which you can always make payment through our different modes at the same time of purchasing.

If a product you received is damaged during shipment or is not what you ordered then please get in touch
with our customer care on support@fitnesstack.com within 14 days of receipt of the product. Please refer to
our return policy for more details.

We make sure we arrange a return pick-up for the product you wish to return. In case we are unable to do so, we ask you to courier the item to us and then we will return the courier costs as per the invoice in the form of store credit.

Once you have requested, the money will be refunded back to the payment mode/account that was originally
used to make the transaction.
