Return & Cancellation

Our goal is to make sure you are completely satisfied with the items you order and your experience with Fitnesstack.com. With our 14 days return policy we offer you complete peace of mind while ordering at Fitnesstack.com

  • If a product you receive is damaged during shipment, or is not what you ordered then please get in touch with our customer care on support@fitnesstack.com within 14 days of  receipt of the product. We will arrange a reverse pickup for the product and then send you a replacement or add FitCash (store credit) as per your request.In case, the pick-up cannot be arranged by us, you can return the item through a third-party courier service and we will return the courier costs as per the invoice in the form of store credit.
  • Products should be received in original packaging and sealed condition. Opened or used boxes will not be eligible for any return or refund.
  • If the item you’d like to return was ordered more than 14 days ago, or if the item was purchased using in-store credit as part of a previous exchange, we cannot accept the return or issue a refund for any reason.
  • Any item that caused an adverse reaction (e.g., vomiting, rashes, stomach upset or severe headaches) and for issues with taste, flavor, likes/dislikes or lack of results from a product are not eligible for any return or refund. (Please consult your doctor before buying the product)
  • Items marked as un-returnable at the time of placing order would not be eligible for any return or refund.
  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered  will not be eligible for any return or refund.
